MEDITERRANEAN VEGAN PIZZA

PREPARATION TIME: 40 minutes (+ leavened time)

Ingredients:

3 and ½ cups of flour

1 tsp brewer’s yeast

1 pinch of sugar

1 tsp of salt

Olive oil

Hummus

Mushrooms

Onion

Basil

Cherry tomatoes

Oregano

Preparation:

In a bowl, mix the flour with the yeast, the salt and sugar.

Add some olive oil and warm water. Cover the dough with a wet tea towel and wait until it doubles its volume. (About 1 hour)

Divide the dough in two parts and form 2 spheres. Shape the two pizzas helping yourself with some flour.

Season the pizza using the listed ingredients, start with the hummus and finish with the basil.

Cook the pizza in the oven for 20 minutes (480°F)
